Wrote this one-shot for Yin. Since I’d written one about Hwanhee, I suppose I had to do one of Brian, lol. Fortunately Yin likes it. The poster, of course, is gorgeous, as are all kpopchild artworks, and one of my favourites.
transient – sei
This is the final piece of transient. I thought it’d be appropriate to end it this way since I no longer felt capable of producing a piece on this theme every now and then and didn’t want to leave the series hanging. This final piece is very personal.
transient – cinque
The fifth piece of transient, submitted as an entry for the now defunct theme category of the Soompi Short Story Battle and added to the transient series because it was written with this theme in mind. Showed it to Prof M and he demanded I write more to it because he felt short-changed, haha. But I like it the way it is.
transient – quattro
The fourth piece of transient, but admittedly it’s not a particularly ‘transient’ piece. I put it with the series because it seemed it would fit, but in reality, it’s more personal than anything. I wrote it when I was feeling blue. Maybe I’ll never get out of feeling like this.
transient – tre
This is the third piece of transient. This was in no way meant to be philosophical, perhaps more whimsical than anything. A 5am piece again, I must have been born in the wrong timezone. This concludes the first “part” of transient, as there’s a subtle shift in mood in the later pieces, which were written in 2005 and 2006.
